Physiotherapist and Certified Athletic Therapist

Charlotte is an Athletic Therapist, having graduated from Mount Royal University Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McGill University. She just returned from Australia where she completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney and is now a fully registered  Canadian Physiotherapist.

Charlotte also loves working sports and being on sidelines for teams. She has years of experience providing training and match day coverage, having worked with rugby union, hockey, lacrosse and AFL teams across all age groups and levels; from recreational to national teams.

Charlotte has a keen interest in concussions and believes in the importance of a global approach to treatment to any type of injuries or conditions. She is constantly researching and studying to improve her knowledge and skill set. She is trained in Kinesio taping, Clinical Pilates, and Graston Techniques.

Outside of work, Charlotte is usually trying to get ready for long distance running or triathlon races or simply enjoying being out in nature.
